Booking, payment & cancellations
Once you accept my offer, a 20% deposit is due immediately. For events of 20 or more guests, full prepayment is due five days before the event.
For events with fewer than 20 guests, if you cancel more than two weeks before the event and preparation has not started, I’ll refund your 20% deposit. This refund condition does not apply to events of 20 or more guests. The cancellation charge is 50% from two weeks before the event and 100% from one week before the event or less.
